    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi guys,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I got a color imageCLASS&amp;nbsp;MF654CDW but after entering user ID and Password, the physical printer has greyed out the options for me to remove it and does not let me do a hard reset.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I am unable to log into the UI REMOTE because on my browser it just keeps popping up as "error". Does anyone have any advice on how to fix this??&lt;/P&gt;
