No, Only 1 of the 3 printers on the network shows up in scan utility. When I go into settings it doesn't give me the option to type in the ip address. We assigned static ip addresses when we first installed the printers.

We have three mf260 series printers on our network. The computer I was using died, and when I downloaded the (latest edition, straight from canon's website) mfScan utility onto the new computer (windows 10 pro), it only finds one of these scanners - one that doesn't do doublesided scanning. I tried deleting the software and reinstalling to no avail. There is nowhere for me to manually type in the mac /ip address to try to find it. I am able to print to all three printers without issue, so in theory all three printers should show up as options. Is the only solution to get a cable to physically connect to the mf269dw?

Greetings,

You should be able to print and scan to each device on the network. A separate connection is not needed.

Since you're using Windows, open the MF Scan Utility monitor in the system tray. Do all of the printers appear there, and are all of the check boxes selected?

The interface may vary based on the version of the MF scan utility you are running. If that's the case, ensure the scan utility is set for network scan.

It would also be best to ensure each device has a static IP and can be pinged from the system you are attempting to install them on.

Yes, when I go into Settings> the gear symbol that is also settings> in product name, there is only 1 of the three printer/scanners. If I choose select, There is still only 1. I don't see a way to manually enter the static IP address we've assigned.
