    <description>&lt;P&gt;Does your new computer by any chance have an ARM processor, rather than an Intel or AMD? Drivers for ARMs and Intels/AMDs are not interchangeable. You would need a driver written for ARM, which may not be available.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
