&lt;P&gt;Just so we are on the same page.&amp;nbsp; Your printer is connected to your new modem/router using an ethernet connection?&amp;nbsp; Is that correct?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If so, your computer is expecting to find the printer using its old connection information.&amp;nbsp; This has changed.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Ensure the printer is connected to the new modem/router.&amp;nbsp; Power cycle the printer.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;On your computer PC or MAC, remove the printer and uninstall all related software and drivers.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Important,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt; restart your computer.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Now visit the printer's support portal.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;How do I connect my ImageClass MF7470 to my new network.&amp;nbsp; I use an ethernet cable to connect to the modem which is connected wirelessly to my computer.&amp;nbsp; I am able to print using my old network, but not my new network.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The &lt;SPAN&gt;ImageClass MF7470&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;is an older model which we have retired. While that means that Canon USA no longer offers direct support for it, your friends here in the Canon Community are welcome to offer suggestions!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also speak with a Canon Upgrade Program specialist to help you score a modern replacement that would meet your current needs at a discount.
