Hi!

I have a Canon Pixima G3270 inktank printer. Just recently when I've been trying to scan multi-page documents there have been issues communicating between the printer and my computer (uses Windows 10). The document scans, but then there is an issue sending it to my computer or it says there is an issue scanning the document. This has only started happening in the last week. The Canon Print app on my laptop is also running fairly slow compared to the rest of the computer. Does anybody have any solutions for me? I have to scan a lot of documents for work. Thanks!

Hi Bre1988,

When scanning and the error appears on the display of your computer, what is the error code that appears at the bottom of that error?
