topic PIXMA TR7620a IJ Scan Utility has trouble scanning multi-page documents in Printer Software & Networking

After scanning in one multi-page document, the scanner stops (continues attempting to scan) after reading half the second page on the next document. The document settings are the same for both documents - multi-page PDF. Turning the printer off then on does not clear the problem.

I am using Windows 10 on a home wifi network.
