    <description>&lt;P&gt;Well, we had a power outage before this started happening.&amp;nbsp; It appears that the AT&amp;amp;T fiber simply needed to meditate in a power off stage for a few minutes.&amp;nbsp; Everything is back up.&amp;nbsp; Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
