topic My PIXMA TS6420 will not connect to the computer in Printer Software & Networking

I have been trying to reconnect my printer to the computer and to the internet, but I keep getting the same result. The printer cannot be located, or the printer shows that it is offline. I have tried to do the wireless connect, and it keeps saying that it failed. What am I doing wrong. I know that the network is different than it was the last time I set it up but i cannot reconnect at all.
