&lt;P&gt;Usually, a small update like going from 14.1 to 14.2, would not cause a problem. Once installed, you can try scanning again to see if it can add a scanner.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently upgraded a clients mac OS to Sonoma (14.2).&amp;nbsp; I was able to install the scanner software but noticed that it only supports 14.1.2.&amp;nbsp; After installation i cannot add the network scanner to the Toolbox and I get Scanner unsupported.&amp;nbsp; Is this something that is permanent or will I have to purchase a whole new printer/scanner given im running Sonoma 14.2.1.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
