When that page loads, click on either the Phone Support button or the Chat Support button to access support.       <title>PIXMA TR8620a doesn't see Wi-Fi router</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My printer was connected to my wifi router for months, but now there is no wifi connection. When I do a manual connect, my neighbors' routers appear but mine doesn't. I reset my router and was able to connect briefly, but not now. Typing in the name of the router also does not work - "A wireless router with the network name (SSID) you entered was not detected." Any ideas on my next step? All my other devices - laptop Mac and Windows, Kindle, phone, Galaxy tablet are connected.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
