Hello, I am having the same issue. When I install mcpd-mac-pro_1000-29_1_0_0-ea21_3.dmg for the 1.5.0 (Mac) version of the app on my MacBook Pro with Sonoma 14.6.1 I see popups saying that the plugin will be installed for Photoshop 2023 and 2024, but not one for Photoshop 2025. In my Mac applications folder I only see Adobe Photoshop 2025. When I run Photoshop 2025 I do not see the plugin in the expected place: File->Automate.

• Do you see any error messages?
• Have you installed/re-installed the current software and drivers from https://canon.us/setup
• How do you connect to your printer (USB or WiFi)?

Photoshop printing plugin does not appear (File - Automate - MISSING). Windows 10, Photoshop 26.1, tried reinstalling all software for PRO-300 from Canon site today, 12/14/24 and it still won't appear in Photoshop.

Hi Stephen,

I'm having the same problem. After installing Photoshop 2025, I downloaded the current version of Canon PPL. I'm running OS 14, and my printer is a Prograf 300.

The PPL folder includes an installer for the Photoshop plug-in. It WILL NOT install the plug-in in Photoshop 2025. And the plug-in from Photoshop 2024 is not transferable to 2025.

As a temporary work-around, I reinstalled Photoshop 2024. The Canon installer recognized it, installed it, and PPL shows up in Photoshop 2024, which I'll use for now.

My question is this: When will Canon have a version of the PPL installer that recognizes Photoshop 2025? It is the right question. Do you have an answer?

Same issue for me.... Windows 11.... all the "fixes" lead to Apple OS issues..... anyone have a fix for this issue? Pain jumping through photoshop versions....
