TR4722 Connection to Wifi Issue

I have seen some questions similar, but never really saw a solution. Right now I have a 100 dollar paperweight. Nothing will connect the printer to the wifi so that the computer recognizes it. I can connect the printer manually and it states it is connected. The computer recognizes the printer but can not connect.

Can you start by telling us what operating system you using the printer with. Version and build?

Let's perform further diagnostics.

Login to the admin portal of your router and look at the list of attached devices. What is the IP address assigned to your printer? What is the IP address assigned to your computer?

Using this IP address, can you ping the printer from a command prompt?

Can you open the printer's web server from a browser?

The printer requires a 2.4 GHz broadcast that uses WPA2 /AES encryption. Please ensure your network meets these requirements.

Hi there- I am in the same boat- new printer, cannot connect to wifi. I am NOT a person who expects anything more than plug and play, the only words i understand in the response is what operating system. I’m on an Apple iPhone 15/OS 18.6.2. Any super easy to understand help would be appreciated
