    <description>&lt;P&gt;After running the installation file&amp;nbsp;mp68-win-mx920-1_01-ea32_2.exe, I get the following error message in the final window: MP Drivers has not been installed.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have a Windows 11 PC with an ARM-based processor.&amp;nbsp; Microsoft has a note and directions on their troubleshooting page regarding drivers and this processor.&amp;nbsp; Upon the troubleshooting directions given for manually adding the printer, an error message appears - "Driver is unavailable".&amp;nbsp; The PC will not add the MX922 to the list of available printers.&amp;nbsp; I believe the error with the installation file is preventing the driver update and printer connection.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is there a solution/ updated installation file?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi karencat,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The driver you are attempting to install is for Intel-based PCs.&amp;nbsp; It will not install on an ARM-based PC.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Your PIXMA MX922 is compatible with youir PC.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are using your PIXMA MX922 with a USB cable, once you connect the cable to your PC, the driver will be automatically installed.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are using it wirelessly, please go to Control Panel and then to Printer to click the Add Printer button to install your PIXMA MX922 on your computer.&lt;/P&gt;
