    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a new PC - windows 11, and a canon MF242DW printer. I am able to print without an issue, but when I try to scan using MF Scan I get an error message saying it can't connect with the scanner&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Having a similar issue on MacOS (Sequoia 15.2), new drivers downloaded, however it does not appear as a connectable printer. Using a USB B to USB C cable. Any updates?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you are able to print but you can't scan, you can try downloading and installing the&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.usa.canon.com/support/p/imageclass-mf242dw" target="_self"&gt;[Windows 64bit] MF242dw MFDrivers (UFR II / ScanGear)&lt;/A&gt; from our site. Once the install is complete, you can try scanning again. If you continue to have issues, you can check the selector at the top of the scan utility to see if it is set to the network connection or if it just shows the scanner name (USB connection).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
