Canon MB2720 Printer Software

I am trying to name a destination folder for my scans and when I click OK I get a message "not connected to printer". Thats impossible because I can print/scan anything I want wirelessly. Any suggestions please?

Hello James Emory,

There are two options for creating a Destination folder for the MB2720. I note that you previously encountered issues attempting to create a name for a destination folder. Before attempting this again please restart the program. The first option is to use the IJ Scan Utility software and create a new folder within the settings.
