      <description>&lt;P&gt;I cannot get the Toolbox to work with the scanner on Windows 11.&amp;nbsp; The error message that comes up when I click on the Toolbox icon says that the scanner is either disconnected or not on.&amp;nbsp; I have tried using the Windows 11 troubleshooting tools, the Windows !0 USB driver patch, installing and restarting after installing the driver and the toolbox.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Imageclass printer has buttons for Copy, Fax and Scan. When the Scan button is pressed, a menu with Computer, Remote Scan, and Memory Media options. I have to choose Remote Scan for MP Toolbox to see the printer. Is your printer similar?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you read your User Guide to see how you scan from MP Toolbox? Download it from:&lt;/P&gt;
