      <title>imageCLASS MF654Cdw Trouble installing software from CD</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to download printer drivers to my pc from the cd disc I received with the new printer. It started to load drivers and now it has just stopped. Every once in a while the external disc drive with make a noise and turn green but nothing appears to be happening. I tried to download drivers online with no success either. I'm running Widows 11 and my computer is brand new (Lenovo). I was getting a firewall may be blocking installation or something to that effect also but I believe I was able to bypass this. I am not very tech savvy and would appreciate any suggestions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having the EXACT same problem. Have you found a resolution?&amp;nbsp; To mreg, I believe what was intended to be communicated was that I too began the online driver and software download and it kept giving me the the message that the driver download failed and to try again.&amp;nbsp; I did it almost a dozen times in different ways, all to no avail. Any help??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What kind of CPU (processor) does the computer have? If it is an ARM processor, rather than an Intel or AMD,&amp;nbsp; there aren't yet drivers from Canon that are compatible. Many are encountering this problem with new computers.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
