topic Free Layout Plus - Custom Size Printing Through Adobe Acrobat Not Working? in Printer Software & Networking

Canon GP-4000 - printing through Adobe Acrobat to FreeLayout Plus (Windows)

When we enter a custom page size in Acrobat, the fit to page function no longer works. It causes the file to zoom in really close on one corner of the image, or adds a bunch of white above the file resulting in the bottom half the file being cut off! For instance, if the file needed to zoom in by 110% for it to fit properly, it will instead zoom in to 280% instead?! It only happens when there is a difference between the file dimensions and the selected print dimensions.

I have reached out to Adobe, who have suggested that it is a printer issue instead of their software but I can’t seem to find a setting that would cause this?! Any ideas?
