That means we do not offer support for the printer or updated drivers. We recommend updating to a more modern printer and&amp;nbsp;reaching out to our Canon Upgrade Program specialist who will go over the best options for upgrading your printer.       <title>IJ Scan Utility availability for Windows 11?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a Pixma MG5420 and a new Windows 11 laptop. I downloaded the printer drivers/software, but the Scan Utility is not included.&amp;nbsp; Does Canon IJ Scan Utility not work with this printer and OS - its not downloading? Can I no longer scan with the MG5420?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
