      <description>&lt;P&gt;I would love an update from Canon about when they are going to have their Selphy printer issues sorted. My app updated itself and then wouldn't allow me to print any of the pics via my Selphy printer. I then looked through past comments and found other people had have the issue too. The advice from Canon a week ago was to install the Canon print app - which FYI doesn't recognize my Selphy printer, then reinstall the Selphy printer and then it will work. Well, it doesn't. Anyone else still having this issue. This is beyond frustrating. I used to love my Selphy printer and have never had issues with it until now so I would love any advice or help. Thank you so much.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I have in installed both common print and SELPHY and reinstalled and when I open the SELPHY app, it just freezers! &amp;nbsp;Unfortunately my dad just passed away and I wanted to print up some collage photos to put with him in his casket! When I open the Selphy App, it's blank (even though it recognizes the printer because it shows the date I registered it) When I download the canon print app, it doesn't show up to connect there.
