    <description>&lt;P&gt;I cannot get PDF scans using MF Toolbox 4.9. I am using an ImageClass MF227dw and this problem is present for both color and black and white scans. The program will carry out the entire process, whether using the flatbed or the feeder, and let me hit save in the confirmation page, but no file will show up in my folder.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have completely uninstalled the drivers and Toolbox and reinstalled them. This problem only cropped up in the past month, so I'm wondering what else might have updated (maybe not even a Canon program) that could be causing this. Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
