    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi rehampton,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;First, please follow these steps to disable IPv6 on your PIXMA TS6420:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; Please press the OK button on your printer 1 time.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2..Use the down arrow to select Device settings and press OK.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3.&amp;nbsp; Use the down arrow to select LAN settings and press OK.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;4.&amp;nbsp; Select Wi-Fi and press OK.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;5.&amp;nbsp; Select Advanced (not Advanced Mode) and press OK.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;6.&amp;nbsp; Select TCP/IP settings and press OK.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;7.&amp;nbsp; Select IPv6 and press OK.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;8.&amp;nbsp; Select Yes and press OK.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;9.&amp;nbsp; Select Enable/disable IPv6 and press OK.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;10. Select Disable and press OK.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;11. Repeatedly press the Back button (above the OK button) to return to the main screen of your PIXMA TS6420.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once you have completed this, please follow these steps:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; Please press the OK button on your printer 1 time again.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; Use the down arrow to select Device settings and press OK.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3.&amp;nbsp; Use the down arrow to select LAN settings and press OK.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;4.&amp;nbsp; Select Wi-Fi and press OK.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;5.&amp;nbsp; Select Show setting info and press OK.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Using the down arrow, take note of what&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;is listed below to IPv4 address.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Back on your Chromebook, please open the Chrome web browser.&amp;nbsp; In the address bar of that web browser, please type in the IPv4 address that you saw on your printer.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Does the printer's status page appear?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If so , please attempt to print.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
