Scanner Utility only works for photos TR7020a

The IJ Scan Utility says it cannot find file location when scanninfg a document. It used to scan photos but this time it provided 4 different scans with the document cut into pieces. I went to website and downloaded drivers. Did not solve problem.

Anyone have a resolution?
