&lt;P&gt;With older components it is necessary to make cost-benefit evaluations. At some point all manufacturers will stop supporting equipment. At some point your Mac device will not accept a newer macOS. You will need to decide if the benefits of a new macOS are important enough to invest in a new printer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently upgraded my Mac OS to version 15.1. &amp;nbsp;After doing this I received a notification that when I upgrade to the next Mac OS release that my printer would no longer work. &amp;nbsp;I know that the MG6220 has been around for a long time but it still works perfectly and I'm hoping that Canon will continue to update printer drivers. &amp;nbsp;Are there any plans to continue supporting this printer?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
