Canon PPL, finding it difficult for single sheet printing on imagePROGRAF PRO-2000

I do landscape photography.
Own Mac Studio Ultra, Canon Pro 2000 printer.
Have very little problem printing on 24 inch roll a single image at a time, 24 wide by 14 high is common to print.

I seek and can not find a single YouTube or post where a Step by Step instruction, describing all settings needed to be set in the proper sequence.

Any help appreciated.
