&lt;P&gt;The 5,156,69 error can be resolved by reinstalling the driver.&amp;nbsp; If you have reinstalled and the error persists, it would be caused by security software installed on your computer blocking the incoming data from&amp;nbsp; your PIXMA MX472's scanner.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you would like assistance with reinstalling, please provide a little more information:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What version of Windows is installed on your computer?&lt;BR /&gt;If you are using a Mac, what version of the operating system is installed?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are you using your PIXMA MX472 wirelessly?&lt;BR /&gt;or with a USB cable?&lt;/P&gt;
