New Canon MG6320 , won't print Ipad info

Bought MG6320, as Printer apparently ALWAYS selects upper cassette, will not default to lower cassette where the regular 8.5x11" paper is. Tried removing upper cassette...ng

Cannot find anything in setup to force using lower tray of default to it...

Hi seminolerick,

When printing from the iPad, the tray used is determined by the application you are printing from and the type and size of paper selected. Some applications will default to the upper tray or not allow you to print with plain paper settings.

Make sure your paper type is set to plain paper and try a test from Safari. The printer should pull the paper from the lower cassette.
