    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am not familar with your exact model, but many people complain of this same issue.&amp;nbsp; One of the buttons works as a "shift" button, when pressed and held&amp;nbsp;it enables display of a second set of special characters.&amp;nbsp; It might be the Asterik or Pound key?&amp;nbsp; Sorry I just don't remember which but the function is there for special characters.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Trying to reconnect to WiFi but the password screen dies not seem to have the = sign which is part of my Router password! Thanks for any suggestions.</description>
