Can not connect MF244DW to Wi-Fi

I have canon printer mf244dw for about 3 years and today it did not connect to wifi. tried to reset it and router (asus RT-AC86U). Also, tried manually to enter passcode and connect with WPS code. printer has latest firmware. Could not print from PC when connected it by USB cable, but windows sees it! Using it for home.

The printer is only capable of connecting to a 2.4Ghz broadcast.

When you try to connect the printer to your network, do you get any errors on the printer or the computer? If so, what errors do you get?
What version of the Mac or Windows operating system are you using on your computer?
