topic PIXMA TS7720 My printer won't connect to my computer in Printer Software & Networking

I have a TS7720 printer and while I originally had been able to print, now I cannot print. The error message says "operation could not be completed (error 0x000006ba). The local print spooler service is not running. Please restart the spooler or restart the machine." (I've restarted several times.) And "cannot communicate with the printer. Turn Enable bi-directional support on in the printer's Properties dialog box." (Which I did this last one, but it keeps turning off).

It is connected via USB. What can I do?
