    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"Suddenly" my MP Navigator 3.0 does not want to work with my 2006 era MP460.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I am getting error message&amp;nbsp; 'The scanner driver supported by this software is not installed when I try to start the Navigator'.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;My printer works fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I dont think I did anything to cause this.&amp;nbsp; I see others are having a similar problem.&amp;nbsp; I tried reloading the drivers and MP Nav from the CD that I have.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; The problem persists.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do have McAfee real time scanning and it's advanced firewall turned on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Looks like the latest version of that software is 3.03 and it only exists up through W8.1.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Did you recently update your OS or get a new computer?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the quick response John.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No, this PC is about 9 years old and has been running win 10 since they allowed people to upgrade from win 8 (2016??).&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; But it auto updates Windows every few weeks and that's what I suspect clobbered my version.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; I found a MP nav version 4.0 online, downloaded, but it didn't work either.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;One thing I didn't try is uninstalling the printer, and installing it again hoping that Windows figures it out.&amp;nbsp; I was hesitant to do that as I'm afraid of something else going wrong and loosing ability to print....&lt;/P&gt;</description>
