Any Advice?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P data-unlink="true"&gt;I’m encountering some problems while using my i7 laptop&amp;nbsp;with my Canon device and would appreciate any help or advice you might have.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Details:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Laptop Specs:&lt;/STRONG&gt; Intel Core i7 processor, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Canon Product:&lt;/STRONG&gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Canon PIXMA TR8620&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;The Issues:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Connection Problems:&lt;/STRONG&gt; The printer often fails to connect to my laptop, even when both are on the same network.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Slow Printing:&lt;/STRONG&gt; Printing speeds are much slower than expected, and sometimes the documents get stuck in the print queue.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Software Crashes:&lt;/STRONG&gt; The Canon software crashes occasionally when trying to access settings or maintenance tools.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Steps Taken:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Updated the printer drivers and software to the latest version.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Tried connecting via USB instead of Wi-Fi, but the issues persist.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Restarted both devices multiple times.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone experienced similar problems with Canon printers on i7 laptops?
