Professional Print and Layout - Admin account needed for each new user

I manage a small print lab for art students. Students print from two computers to two Pro-1000s and a GP-4000. My issues is that each time a sutdent needs to add a printer an admin password is needed. I have allowed read and write privileges to all the files that this process touches, but the software still gives every user this pro

Is this process writing somewhere other than the /Library? Is there a way to programmatically add these printers to each user when the users are created?
