Hello,

Wondering if anyone has an idea regarding an issue with Canon TM305 drivers, we have these plotters installed and are trying to map the printer driver to users through VMWare DEM. The Canon driver is installed on the golden images but it asks for admin credentials to install the driver on a user session when it should not be required.

Other printers that have the driver installed already on the image do not run into the issue.

Greetings,

I think VMWare Support is the path I would pursue.

Hello, we did try reaching out to them, but nothing seems to be wrong from their side. And all other printers and drivers besides the Canon TM305 seem to work as intended. So not sure besides it being a Canon driver issue it could be.
