PIXMA MG5420 not allowing up dated password.

I had to replace my router with an Arris G34. When trying to set my PIXMA MG5420 up for wireless I was able to select the correct network name but it never asks for the new password. It gives me an error saying I need to make sure the password is correct. How do I give it the new password. All of my other computers are working with the new equipment.

Thanks for letting us know what Canon product you've got. The PIXMA MG5420 is an older model which we have retired. While that means that Canon USA no longer offers direct support for it, your friends here in the Canon Community are welcome to offer suggestions!
