I got a brand new printer and downloaded the file per set up instructions but when I clicked on it, it just came up with "Could not create "." -unzip operation cancelled." and I have no idea what to do. Please help.

Greetings,

It's possible the file you downloaded is corrupt.

I'd delete the old file and download a fresh copy. They try unpacking it.

If that fails, you can right-click on the file and change the extension from .exe to .zip. Then extract that. Note, you need to have display file extensions enabled in your view settings to see the extension for renaming.
