    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;mp&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;driver&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;s could not be installed.&amp;nbsp; Get a message that pathfile is&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;too&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;long&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;.&amp;nbsp; Try to shorten to 180 characters.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am using Windows 11.&amp;nbsp; My printer was previously working about a week ago. I updated my mesh network and went to reconnect printer and I now have this issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This is a simple issue to resolve.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Simply shorten the path to the folder where you have the installer saved.&amp;nbsp; The download is a self-extracting zip.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are saving to (example) c:\Users\isername\downloads\foldername...etc&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Save it to c:\printer.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; And run it from there.&amp;nbsp; Windows allows path depths in excess of 255 characters, so I'm not sure why you are seeing this message, but I suppose the software could have a path depth limit.&amp;nbsp; I've not seen this myself, but I don't have a maxify 2120 to test with.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
