I've spent 4 hours with Microsoft support to no avail. I tried to upload files to print from the Canon PRINT window, choosing 'Documents', and it says,</P><P>"Supported file format: PDF".</P><P>That's the whole list. And of course when choosing a file, the docs are all grayed out, only pdf's normal.
