Pro Print and Layout Plugin for Ps and Lr

I've successfully installed Pro Print and Layout on my Mac Air.

I can access it and open it up to process images direct in the app but I'm trying to add the plugin to either or both Ps and Lr.

I've tried a couple of times and using the start instructions available here, selected an image but the plugin does not show in either Ps or Lr as the instruction say it should. I have also completed the separate instructions about adding the plugin if it does not appear but still not finding the plugin in either platform.

I'm using the cloud-based platforms if that matters.

TIA in advance for any suggestions.

To add...

Not seeing Canon PPL as a choice under the Automate menu in Ps.

Not seeing "Plug-in Extras" as a choice at all under the File menu in Lr.

Install reported that it was successful but not showing up in either place.
