    <description>&lt;P&gt;Any help, please!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The new mf751cdw scanner is getting a "busy" error with the MF Scanning software on a friend's computers.&amp;nbsp; We are&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;able to print. I uninstalled and reloaded the MF Scan Utility two times to no avail. It doesn't scan on two computers.&amp;nbsp; It is as if the software does not work on Windows 11.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;To print and scan, you need two pieces of software for Windows 11.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This one&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Where to start:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Remove the printer from printer and scanner devices.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Uninstall all canon software (you installed previously)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Restart the PC&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Run the first application above, then the second.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When you run the first installer, it should ask you to allow it to make changes to the windows firewall.&amp;nbsp; You need to agree to this.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Note, if you have 3rd party antivirus software installed (something besides windows security), this can cause installation issues.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you continue to have issues, I'll have some additional questions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks. I tried this, cut off Norton during the reinstall after the uninstall of all Canon software and the Scan software still says that the "Scanner is busy".&lt;BR /&gt;I think it is too late for them to get their money back on that printer.&amp;nbsp; It prints great on both of their printers through the network but will not scan on either of their Windows 11 computers.&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
