      <title>ToolBox4911mf18WinEN defaulting to french</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When attempting to scan with the MF toolbox and selecting the "Display the scanner driver", the scan driver is in French. I have removed all drivers as well as software many times. Between each reset, I use AVG to scan the registries, repair any links or shortcuts then restart the computer. no matter how many times I try, the scanner driver is defaulting French, and I don't have the desire to learn a 4th language. &lt;P&gt;I checked and this looks like an install/settings issue, but I was unable to locate any previous instances that would cause the language to be set to French. In this situation, I would suggest contacting support over the phone directly. They can check the OS to see what might be going on or try the install with you to see if they can find the problem. You can contact support directly at 1-800-652-2666.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
