&lt;P&gt;If the printer is not being detected during the setup, there are a few things you can try to get the computer to detect the printer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. You can try turning off any firewall or anti-virus software that might be blocking the setup.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2, You can try power cycling your router by unplugging it for 5 seconds and plugging it back in.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3, You can try connecting the printer to your network using a WPS button if your router has one. To do so, you can hold down the WPS button on the printer for 5 seconds and then pressing the WPS button on the router.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the printer is still not detected, I would suggest checking with our support team over the phone at 1-800-652-2666. Our agents would be happy to assist with the issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm following &lt;A href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O3IqYXFPDiU&amp;amp;t=265s" target="_self"&gt;this&lt;/A&gt; instructional YouTube video to set up my&amp;nbsp;imageCLASS LBP6230dw.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did everything described in this video and it all went as expected until I got to 4:15, where&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;clicking Next did not pull up my printer in the list of IPv4 Devices.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any idea why that might be?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance for your help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
