PIXMA TS3122 will not connect with Starlink Router (no WPS on Starlink)

I have a Canon TS3122 printer and changed to Starlink as my internet provider. I have been trying to connect to the router but the Canon TS3122 is trying to use WPS to connect to wirelessly. However, Starlink does not use WPS. I have split the GHz networks so I have 2.4 GHz since it appears that the TS2133 will only connect on 2.4 GHz network so that is not the problem. Any suggestions on how to connect wirelessly?

To connect a Canon TS3122 printer to a Wi-Fi network without a WPS button, follow these steps:

If the ON lamp on the printer is flashing, press the Stop button.
Press and hold the Direct button on the printer, then release it when the horizontal bars flash.
Make sure the wireless icon also flashes.
Return to the application screen (setup program) and proceed with the setup
