&lt;P&gt;How is the printer connected and to what?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When you installed the printer did you have any issues or receive an yerror messages.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are being prompted to Save As .PDF it might be that you have not selected the printer as the device for your document.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Review your installed printers and ensure its selected as the destination.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
