      <title>imageCLASS MF455DW doesn't show up in MF Scan Utility</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have downloaded the software for my printer and have installed the printer. I can print; however, I can't scan. I have the Canon MF Scan Utility, however the copier that shows up on the scanner is not the one I have. I checked the drop-down list,&amp;nbsp;but my printer doesn't come up. Please help. I have tried all of the suggestion in the manual. I have also tried to delete this Printer and I been successful, however this might be hidden somewhere deep because it keeps popping up even after i uninstall the program.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You appear to have the correct software installed, but to use it, You have to have the MF scanning utility version. 1.21.0.2.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, you're not going to be able to do anything with the MF455dw until the D1500 system is changed or removed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is the D1500 an old device, a printer that you owned previously or had installed on the system?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is it still connected?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes this is a previous printer we had. Its not connected anymore and I have tried to uninstall it, however it keeps saying it cant be deleted because it is in use.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
