    <description>&lt;P&gt;so my computer isn't recognizing my tr 4720 as a scanner. it will come up as a printer but not as a scanner. it will scan no problem when i hit the button on printer but when i pull up the scan app it says no scanner available. does anyone know what i can do to fix this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
