5x7 paper size is not visible in Canon Professional Print & Layout on Prograff 300 printer. Canon CS unable to help today; CS rep uninstalled and reinstalled drivers to no avail and reinstalled Prof Print & Layout. On previous PRO 10 printer (which failed after 4 1.2 years) I had to install Canon Print Studio Pro because B&W prints had a blue cast when printed directly from Lightroom Print module; printing from Print Studio Pro solved the blue cast problem. I DID successfully print a B&W image on my Prograff Pro 300 with no blue cast directly from Lightroom Print Module bypassing Professional Print & Layout. Should I just forget using Professional Print and Layout? What is it supposed to do anyway?
