Desktop Shortcut for Printer Canon PIXMA TR8622a

How can I put a shortcut of my Canon Pixma TR8622a Printer on my desktop screen? There was no option to do this when I download it on my computer!

Thank you Danny for answering my question. I use a OS Name: Microsoft Windows 10 Home, version 10.0.19045 Build 19045. When I bought this Canon TR8622a for a detailer, there was no CD software with it, only a paper on how to plug it in to my desktop computer which I did. I am using a wireless connection from my NetGear modem. Hopefully you can tell me how to get a shortcut on my desktop screen where I can do different functions like, Printer settings, Printer status, Diagnose and repair Printer, and Troubleshooting, and to order ink whether automatically or some one at a time, just to mention a few! Please let me know if there is anything else you may need so I can get a shortcut on my desktop screen to do this! Thank you again!

I would also like to know how to set up a short cut to change settings to get printing settings.

I have windows 11 home.

I have the ij Printer Assistant Tool on my desktop. I want the Printing Preference on my desktop. Were you can set for Duplex printing and other settings. We had this in older Canon printers.

The ij Printer Assistant Tool is just for cleaning nozzle and other items.
