PIXMA MG3620 can't connect to Wi-Fi

I just purchased my canon mg3620 printer and i downloaded the app and i followed all the setups for the wifi settings to my iphone. But i can not connect it. Please i need help

I'm not tech support, but I'll do my best to offer some advice!

Your printer can only connect to your home WiFi, and that can't be a Hotspot. It also needs to be 2.5GHz, not 6GHz. The printer can't see 6GHz.

If you have a computer, it will be easier to get it setup from there, and you can do that from https://canon.us/MG3620setup

If you try that, and still need help, you'll want to register the printer at https://canon.us/account and then give support a call in the morning. They're available during normal business hours during the week. 😊
