    <description>&lt;P&gt;O/S is High Sierra 10.13.6.&amp;nbsp; Printer was working fine prior to installing a new TP-Link Archer 7 router.&amp;nbsp; After installing new router, printer was idle and unconnected.&amp;nbsp; WiFi lamp was on; nothing was blinking.&amp;nbsp; Decided to delete printer from Printers &amp;amp; Scanners and then do a new wireless connection setup.&amp;nbsp; Tried to add printer but it&amp;nbsp;does not show up as available.&amp;nbsp; WiFi lamp continues to be on with nothing flashing.&amp;nbsp; Downloladed new printer drivers from Canon and checked to make sure router had latest firmware update.&amp;nbsp; Not sure what to do.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Flummoxed,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please ret resetting the wireless settings on your PIXMA MG3620.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;To reset the network settings of your PIXMA MG3620, please press and hold the Stop button and release it when Alarm lamp flashes 21 times.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once reset, please attempt set up again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
